For Chairpersons
On-site Event
- In order to ensure the smooth progress of the program, please strictly manage the time for each session.
- Chairpersons are requested to directly come to the session room 10 minutes before the session starts and take a seat at the “Next Chairperson's Seat.” Chairpersons for poster presentation are requested to directly come to the Chairperson’s reception in front of poster presentation venue 30 minutes before the session starts.
- Chairpersons in charge of the English session are requested to support the speakers when they explain to the audience and when they have discussion in English.
- CV of all the presenters for this meeting is not prepared. Please announce only current affiliation.
- General abstracts (Oral) are 10 minutes (7 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A), General abstracts (Poster) are 8 minutes (5 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A)
On-demand streaming
Please understand that we will record all the sessions except who choose on-demand streaming is not accepted and part of joint seminar and will stream on-demand at web site after the event. To prevent illegal downloads, congress secretariat will convert the presentation data into images.

About information disclosure regarding conflicts of interest (COI)
- This conference requires disclosure of conflicts of interest (COI).
- Disclose your conflict of interest (COI) status at the beginning of the slide (or after the slide introducing the title, speakers, etc.).

Oral presentation speakers
On-site Event
- Please make a presentation at the local venue.
- Please preview your presentation data at the PC Center at least 40 minutes before your presentation. If you are the first session in the morning on 2nd and 3rd day, we recommend that you complete your preview by the afternoon of the previous day.
- Speakers are requested to directly come to the session room 10 minutes before the session starts and take a seat at the “Next Speaker's Seat.”
- Please make your presentation using mouse and keyboard provided on the podium by yourself.
- Please follow the chairperson’s instructions and keep to the time limit. The general presentation (Oral) is 10 minutes (7 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A)
On-demand streaming
Please understand that we will record all the sessions except who choose on-demand streaming is not accepted and part of joint seminar and will stream on-demand at web site after the event. To prevent illegal downloads, congress secretariat will convert the presentation data into images.
Presentation data
- Please prepare presentation slides in wide size (16:9).
(Wide size is recommended because the screen is horizontally long, but 4:3 is also possible.) - For the file name of your presentation data, please indicate the “presentation number” and “your name”. *Example: “OS10-1-Your Name.pptx”
- Regardless of whether or not you have a conflict of interest, please disclose your situation by adding a conflict of interest report to your presentation slides at the time of your presentation. Slides for conflict of interest disclosure (pptx) can be downloaded from the general call for abstracts (Japanese).
- Please use fonts that are standard with the OS. To prevent the screen layout from collapsing, we recommend using the following fonts.
Recommended fonts Japanese MS Gothic, MS P Gothic, MS Mincho, MS P Mincho, YuMincho, YuGothic, Meiryo English Arial, Arial Black, Century, Century Gothic, Times New Roman - Please complete a virus check by yourself in advance.
- After creating the data, check if it works properly on another PC.
- At the time of presentation, we will copy the data as backup.
- Computer environment for presentations
OS Windows11 PowerPoint version Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 or higher Acceptable media USB memory - ※If you are using a Macintosh, Please be sure to bring your own PC. Please refer【To speakers using your own PC for presentation】
- ※Please note that presentations using iPads are not possible.
- Videos on PowerPoint can be used, but the video data must be created in a file format that can be played with the standard Windows Media Player on Windows 11 and linked to PowerPoint.
- ※Please check the operation in advance on different PC.
- ※For video data, please organize the video files with PowerPoint data in the same folder, save them, and bring them with you.
- ※Video files with non-standard video codecs may cause playback problems. (If you are concerned about video playback, we recommend that you bring your own PC.)
- ※If you have embedded a video file in PowerPoint, we recommend that you bring that video file as well.
- Please note that you cannot use the "Presenter Tools" function in PowerPoint to make a presentation. If you need a presentation manuscript, please bring a printout in advance. Printouts at the venue are not supported.
To speakers using your own PC for presentation
- The monitor output terminal must be equipped with HDMI or Mini-D-Sub15pin 3-row connector. Presentations cannot be made using tablet devices.
- Please cancel the screen saver and power saving settings in advance.
- Please be sure to bring an AC adapter.
- Please bring backup data with you in case of unexpected problems such as malfunctions.
- A conversion connector is required for Macintosh and some Windows machines, so please be sure to bring it with you.
- After checking the operation of your PC at the reception desk, please bring your PC to the operator's seat at the front left side of the venue at least 20 minutes before your presentation. After the oral presentation, your PC will be returned to you at the operator's seat, so please do not forget to pick it up.

Please check the preview at the PC reception desk at least 40 minutes before the session starts, and then submit the data.

Poster output/posting service (Gakuposu)
This is a service that handles everything from printing presentation posters to display them on the boards set up at the venue.
