About registration
Attendees must register online to participate on-site and to watch on-demand streams on the website. Please register before the following deadlines.
* Attendees may also register on-site during the event. Cash payments will not be accepted on-site, so please complete all payments online. Attendees are encouraged to register online as far in advance as possible as the reception desk may be crowded during the event period.

JSMRM will hold an ARIA lecture.

*As the seminar is intended for clinical physicians, corporate personnel and student are not permitted to attend. - Capacity: 300 persons

If you would like to participate the ARIA Lecture, please choice “Participate” at registration page. We will issue participation ticket at reception on the day with name card and participation certificate.

Points to note for registration
- After online registration and payment completion, payment completion email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. QR code for a participation certificate (name card) will be sent to you by email before the on-site meeting. When visiting the venue, we will issue a participation certificate (name card) using a QR code, so please print it out or bring it on your mobile device.
- Cancellations will not accept after payment has been completed. Registration fee will not be refunded for personal reasons, so please be sure to avoid duplicate registrations.
How to register online
JSMRM2024 uses a web system called Confit for online registration. You will need to create a Confit account for registration. Please access the registration site from [Registration] at the bottom of this page, create an account and register your information, and then proceed to register. If you already have a Confit account, you can continue to use the same account for JSMRM2024.
* Only one account can be created per email address. Please note that you cannot create multiple accounts with a shared email address.
Flow of online registration
1. Account creation (registration) procedure
- ① Access the registration site from [Registration] at the bottom of this page, and set your email address and password from [Login/Register a new account].
- ② "Account registration confirmation" email will be automatically sent to the registered email address. Enter the 6-digit registration code provided in the email and once authentication is completed, the dashboard will open. Please complete the account information from [Click here to perform each procedure or update the information]. When the account information registration completion screen is displayed, proceed to the registration procedure below.
2. Online registration application/payment method
- ① After login, please go to the top page [Registration] from [Click here to perform each procedure or update the information] on the dashboard. After entering each item, click [Confirm and Register] to complete the online registration. After completing your application, please confirm that you have received a "Your registration completed (Registration No: A00000)" to your registered email address.
* Payment has not been completed at this time. Please be sure to follow the steps below to complete your payment.
- ② After completing your registration, click “Confirm and Proceed to Payment” and you will be redirected to the payment site. Once you have confirmed your payment details, entered your credit card information and completed the payment. The online registration process will be completed. You can also complete the procedure using the [Online Payment] button on the participation registration site.
After completing the payment, please confirm that you have received a "Your credit card payment completed (Registration No: A00000)" to your registered email address.
